Lipe & Dalton, Investment Counsel is an independent, fee only investment advisory firm specializing in separately managed investment portfolios for individuals, non-profit organizations and retirement plans.  The firm draws on the extensive experience of Willard C. (Bill) Lipe III, CFA and Patrick M. Dalton, CFA.

Our investment philosophy is to provide our clients with above-average investment returns while minimizing risk.  We believe in having a well articulated investment process that is premised on long-term fundamentals.  This will allow us to avoid the pitfalls of momentum investing, thereby ensuring that the goals of both our firm and our clients are well aligned.

The portfolios at Lipe & Dalton are built using individually selected equity and fixed income securities designed to meet each clients' unique financial circumstances and needs.  Our goal is to provide the highest level of personalized service, accessibility and expertise.  These services are increasingly difficult to find due to the growing use of mutual funds and co-mingled funds offered by many investment advisors and financial planners.
